Orders are shipped via express courier from our studio in Melbourne. Orders placed on weekdays before 12pm AEST are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekdays after 12pm AEST will be processed and shipped the following day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped the next business day. Once dispatched, estimated shipping times are as follows:

REST OF AUSTRALIA: 2 – 4 business days
NEW ZEALAND: 3 – 5 business days

Please note that due to high volume, orders placed during sale periods may be subject to delay so please allow an additional 1 – 2 days for delivery.
Customers ordering from outside Australia receive a 10% GST discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details.
Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the order reaches the country of destination. The responsibility for any customs, duties, foreign taxes, or any other fees rests with the customer.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Handsom cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging AUD into any other currency.
Ownership and risk of damage of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery at the specified address.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Online orders may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, and should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. Returns must also include a copy of the original order confirmation.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings. Should any earrings be deemed faulty we will return to the supplier and arrange a replacement.

Please note that we do not refund sale purchases, however exchanges are available subject to availability.
RETURNS COSTS: Handsom is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Once received, refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charges that may incur will not be refunded by Handsom.
EXCHANGE COSTS: Once a full priced item is returned for exchange, Handsom will not make any additional charges for shipping in the case of an exchange. Please note Handsom will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur.
Exchanges on sale items will be accepted subject to availability. In these circumstances additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer, as will additional duties, taxes, or any other charges, that may incur.
Please note that we do not refund items bought in-store for 'change of mind', however if an item is returned within 14 days with proof of purchase we will exchange, or issue store credit valid for 6 months.
